What Jean Baked was born from the craved connection with my passion and love for baking, and all things kitchen-related.
The idea was, and still is - to be able to share the food made with intention and care with the ones you love, or even just as a well deserved treat. With my favourite recipes selected from too much time in the kitchen, constant iterations and listening to your voice!
I started baking when I was 12, sparked by the curious rubbing-in method (of mixing fat and flour with your fingertips) that was employed in my first hands-on baking experience. I hope to keep baking and am grateful to be able to share my passion with you.
